We are constantly in touch with our customers to give updates on the current order status. We have taken appropriate actions to protect the health and safety of our staff while ensuring the production for the orders are being carried out as planned. All of our staff are working from home except the Process Development Engineers and Technicians. This is to ensure that our staff's well being is being taken care of.
We have taken safeguarding measures to protect our staff. Our products are manufactured in an environment where the number and concentration of airborne particles are controlled. In addition to our staff using hand sanitisers our products are disinfected before packaging and shipping.
Domestic and International deliveries may be affected. Please check with our shipping agents, DHL.
If your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with the tracking number. Please click here to track your shipment. If you haven't received an email, please wait for 48 hours after confirmation has been sent that your order is ready to be shipped. Alternatively, you can contact using the email addresses given below which are most suitable to the region of where you are ordering from.

As of 19th March 2020, we request our customers to use email to contact us as most of our staff are working from home. All of our staff are fit and healthy and the systems we have put in place ensures that our commitment to our customers continues as normal.
